Preparation, cooking and serving instructions:
Frozen product. The dish has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 2-3 days.
It is recommended to warm the dish up in a hot pan. In a hot pan, reheat the meat for 1-2 min on each side without the sauce. Then add the sauce and simmer until the sauce is bubbling. You can regularly baste the meat with sauce to ensure it remains moist.
Given the nature of the cut we use, you may find some small bones.
Best served with Roast Potatoes or Mediterranean veggies.
Tip: If you didn't have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bags into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.
