Beef Vindaloo is the result of the marriage between 2 cultures that love spicy and hot food : India and Portugal. the result is intensely spicy, but has plenty of bright, acidic, and vinegar-tinged notes. Our Delidoor Vindaloo is not crazy hot but still pack some serious punch and is not for heart fainted. Product delivered frozen. Min 600g, serves 2. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. 

To reheat, empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot, alternatively you can empty into a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.

Sprinkle with some fresh coriander before serving.

Serve with Naan and basmati rice.

A nice vindaloo

Tasty but a little mild for me. Lots of yummy sauce but the meat was sparing and a little fatty.
