Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. Reheat in oven for 7-10 minutes at 170 degrees.
From Frozen, defrost and reheat in the oven for 15-20 min at 160 degrees.
If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your quiche on baking paper before to put in the oven.
Serve with a side of green salad.
