Deliciously roasted seasonal vegetables which are tender to perfection, and bold with Italian flavours of fresh garlic, oregano, thyme and extra virgin olive oil. 400g, serves 2

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost put it in fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. 

Preheat your oven to 170C. Bake the vegetables for 4-7 minutes. Alternatively you can also reheat in the microwave-safe dish for 2 min even if oven baking remain the preferred option.

Mediterranean Roast Vegetables

A great easy to prepare meal. A few days a week I have a lacto-vegeterian meal. I roasted the Mediterranean vegetable medley and grilled a good serve of haloumi, good squeeze lemon juice and a generous swig of this seasons cold pressed olive oil over vegetables and haloumi. A beautiful flavoursome meal. Thanks Chefs at DeliDoor

I bought these as a side dish. I microwaved as per instructions. I found the vegetables to be very soggy cooked this way. Probably better in the oven .
