This was the first dish I tried from Délidoor, and it was delicious! The lamb was perfectly cooked to be really tender, juicy and full of flavour. It was a lovely cut of meat too. This was the best Pastie I’ve had since I was last in Cornwall. In fact it was probably better than that. Tender chunks of mead and a lovely balance of potato, swede and onion ; surprisingly peppery but that’s how it’s meant to be. The pastry was perfect, crisp and tender at the same time. I am very fussy about food so only ordered one with this order, so I will be rectifying that immediately.

I'm not really a fan of beans or mexican food but my hubby is. Gave this a go and it was delicious! Comes as 2 packets, 1 with pulled pork the other with the tomato/beans/capsicum 'salsa'? The pork was not at all dry, almost like a thick casserole really. We served it on soft tortillas with a pineapple salsa and guacamole. There was a little leftover with 2 people, will definitely order again.
