Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Lamb Shank

Nothing tastes better than a Roasted Lamb Shank, infused with rosemary and garlic in a rich red wine & tomato gravy. The set contains two Lamb Shanks. Each Lamb shank weighs a minimum of 250g. Perfect to serve with Pappardelle, Kipfler Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Potato Puree or a Gratin Dauphinois.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.
Place the lamb in an oven-proof dish and cover with foil. Place in 170C oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the lamb is warmed through.
You can also reheat in a pot for 15-20 minutes with a lid on. Make sure to stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
Perfect served with Pappardelle, Kipfler Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables or Potato Puree.
