Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Lamb Shank

Nothing tastes better than a Roasted Lamb Shank, infused with rosemary and garlic in a rich red wine & tomato gravy. The set contains two Lamb Shanks. Each Lamb shank weighs a minimum of 250g. Perfect to serve with Pappardelle, Kipfler Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Potato Puree or a Gratin Dauphinois.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions:
Frozen product. The dish has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
In the oven: Place the lamb in an oven-proof dish and cover with foil. Place in 170°C oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the lamb is warmed through.
Into a saucepan: You can also reheat in a pot for 15-20 minutes with a lid on. Make sure to stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
Perfect served with Pappardelle, Kipfler Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables or Potato Puree.
