How Sydney delivery works. Order online by 8pm, 3 days before you'd like your meals, then pick your delivery day and window at checkout. We deliver in Sydney 7 days a week, with overnight (midnight to 7am) or daytime (8am to 6pm) delivery windows.
Expect a text the day before, so you know when we're coming. Our wool liners keep meals frozen for hours on the doorstep, and our couriers are temperature-controlled from our kitchen to your door. There's nothing to sign up to: just order when the freezer looks empty.

To receive your order on a given day, place it by 8pm 3 days before.
We text you the day before so you can track your order. Your meals arrive frozen in a recyclable, wool-insulated box that can sit safely on your doorstep until you get home. If you live in an apartment, we recommend a daytime delivery.

Yes, and many of our customers do. Délidoor meals are fully cooked and only need heating, which makes them a reliable way to make sure an older parent always has a proper meal in the freezer. You can have them delivered to their address and pay online.

For most of them, you won't need to cook them but just to reheat them in your oven or sauce pan. If you purchased some marinated meat or fish, you will need to cook them as they are delivered frozen but raw.

The simple answer is yes because we care about what we use as ingredient. By delivering your meals frozen, we lock in the healthy goodness of the fresh ingredients we use, we don't need to add any nasty preservatives to extend their shelf life.
On average, our meals last for around five months in the freezer. All our meals come with a specific expiry date indicated on the label, so check that before you cook!
