Most days are daytime deliveries (8am to 6pm), with overnight deliveries (midnight to 7am) on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Tweed Heads gets daytime deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
We text you the day before so you can track your order. Your meals travel in a temperature-controlled courier van and arrive in a recyclable box lined with wool insulation, so they stay frozen on your doorstep until you get home. No subscription and no lock-in.

For most of them, you won't need to cook them but just to reheat them in your oven or sauce pan. If you purchased some marinated meat or fish, you will need to cook them as they are delivered frozen but raw.
